HEATHER
Position: Receptionist

Bio: Heather resides in the Stony Hill area with her husband Andrew and two children, Nolan and Morgan. Heather is a 2002 graduate of Valley Park High School.
DONNA
Position: Receptionist

Bio: Donna lives in the Hermann area with her husband of 43 years, Charlie and her mother, Wilma. She has a son, Lucas, daughter-in-law, Kaitlin and is a proud 'grandma' to two grand pups, Piper and Zelda. Before joining the HVC family, Donna worked in the floral industry and in child nutrition. In her free time, she enjoys yard work, painting, reading, and listening to Christian music.
MELANIE
Position: Registered Technician

Bio: Melanie is a 2012 New Haven High School graduate. After graduation she attended Hickey Vet Tech Institute and earned her Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology. She lives with her son, Markie, in New Haven and enjoys hunting, camping, and horseback riding.
Britany

Bio: Britany graduated from New Haven High in 2018 and currently lives in the New Haven area. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, painting, and participating in any animal-related activities.
CARLY

Bio: Carly grew up in Hermann. She graduated in 2018 from Midwest Institute with an Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology. She moved backed to the area in 2020. In her free time she enjoys fishing, camping, horseback riding, and being with family.
TESS
Position: Groomer

Bio: Tess is originally from Owensville where she graduated high school in 2003. She then attended Missouri State University in Springfield where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Conservation & Management in 2008. In 2010, Tess moved back to the Owensville area and began working at HVC as a small animal assistant. She is now our full-time groomer, but still fills in as a technician when needed. Her hobbies include hunting, fishing, floating and crafts.
MASIE
Position: Assistant, Receptionist

Bio: Masie lives in the Montgomery County area with her husband, Mason. She began working in the veterinary field in 2021 and became part of the HVC family in early 2024. In her free time, you’ll usually find her doing something animal-related, whether it’s hiking in nature or attending a dog birthday party. She’s a dedicated dog mom!
ASHTON
Position: Bookkeeper

Bio: Ashton grew up in the St. Peters and Warrenton area. She attended college at University of Missouri - Columbia where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education, and Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. She is married to Dr. Dan and together they have four children, Josephine, Evelina, Lorelei, and Abigail.
